【喫煙車あり】車内自動放送 鳥羽行き特急（名古屋発）

名古屋発、鳥羽行き特急の車内自動放送です。
2020年1月限りで近鉄から消えるものをご存知でしょうか。そう、喫煙車両です。
これまで頑なに喫煙車両を維持し続けてきた近鉄でしたが、屋内施設を原則禁煙とする「健康増進法」の改正に伴い、ついに法律に折れて客室の全面禁煙化を発表しました。
喫煙車両を有する編成では車内の改修工事が実施され、全車両禁煙（喫煙ルームも設けない）になり、改修工事が終わるまでの間は喫煙車両であった１号車を閉鎖して運転することになっています。つまりこれから先の１ヶ月で喫煙車両は影も形もなくなるのです。
そこで今月末をもって廃止となる喫煙車の案内を狙いに録音したのがこの音声です。
近鉄のタブレット放送には喫煙車に関する案内も収録されており、喫煙ルームが設けられている場合にも対応しています。今回はスナックカー４両（喫煙車あり）＋Ace２両（喫煙ルームあり）の編成で録音しましたので「１号車は喫煙車、５号車は喫煙ルーム」の変則的な案内が流れました。

The in-train announcements on the Limited Express train bound for Toba from Nagoya.
Kintetsu is the last train company which continues operating smoking cars even though others have already discontinued. Smoking cars were popular as smoking is not prohibited on a train in Japan until 1980s. From 2000s, passive smoking became a big social problem, and train companies started to introduce smoking rooms on their trains. Kintetsu also coped with the problem of passive smoking by introducing smoking rooms into new train cars, however they did nothing to existing train cars and they still remains.
In December 2019, Kintetsu announced that all smoking cars will be out of service by the end of February 2020 due to the revision of a law regarding smoking rules in public space.
This video records in-train announcements regarding smoking cars. This Toba bound limited express train is composed of 6 cars. Smoking is allowed on cars 1 and 5, and car 1 is the smoking car.
